RICS Residential Surveyors in Spain

The RICS is considered to be a highly respected and prominent global standards and membership organization for property professionals. It is independent and accountable to both its members and the public. Its main roles include setting education and training standards, protecting consumers with strict codes of practice and advising governments and business.

Chartered surveyors help to sustain the use of land and unlock the long term value of property. They are key to efficient markets in land, property and the environment without which important world economies would not be able to function effectively.

Our members' services are diverse. Not only are they experts in all matters relating to property and construction, they also offer strategic advice on the economics, valuation, law, technology, finance and management of all the world's physical assets.

Members of the RICS are qualified and experienced professionals offering independent and impartial advice.  They can be identified by the letters after their name, MRICS or FRICS.
